Booking Policies
Cancellations
I require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed Appointments
Failure to cancel an appointment or no-shows will be required to pay another deposit for the next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you are 10+ minutes late, a £15 late fee will apply. If you are 10+ minutes late without notice, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Booking Appointments
A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required upon booking all services. This will be taken from the price of the hairstyle. The rest of the payment will be CASH ONLY.
